Privacy Statement For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.
Return Policy Most products may be returned for any reason within the first 30 days after delivery on factory-direct orders. Returned products must be in a new, fully functional, and undamaged condition, and must include the original box, packing materials, manuals, and accessories. All returns must have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND THE PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPPING. All returns will be inspected and Staber Industries reserves the right to adjust the refund on the return depending upon the condition of the returned product.
Obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) To initiate a return, please call our Customer Care Department at 614-548-0098 to obtain an RMA number. All returns must have a valid RMA number, or the shipment will be refused at our dock. After you have contacted us and received your RMA#, you have 15 days in which to get the product back to us. The RMA# expires after 15 days and will not be extended or renewed. You are responsible for all expenses associated with the return shipment of the product to us. You are also responsible for properly packing the product in its original packaging and including all product manuals, parts and accessories as well as insuring the value of the item. Any shipping damages that occur will be your responsibility to handle with the shipping agent.
